This broad awareness plus accurate system documentation ensures that you are never 100% dependent on any one member of our team.
The helpdesk team is comprised of qualified technical personnel able to quickly diagnose problems with any element of your network. A response from the helpdesk team is typically provided within 60 minutes of the call being logged where a call cannot be taken by an engineer immediately. If the helpdesk team are unable to resolve the issue, the call will be escalated to the next level of support.
